TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GGODEX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation with us. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within sixty (60) days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the rules of the Thailand Arbitration Institute.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GGodex regarding the use of the educational Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and GGodex.
